You will need to get assessed before you book a trainer or coach

NOTE

The trainer or coach selected is the Lead.  At their discretion they may invite other specialists to enhance and develop the students capabilities and skill.  Circa. 70% will be the time of a Lead and circa. 30% could be others supporting to provide additional skills, helping with observation, and feedback to the Lead. These are normal methods.  There will be no additional cost applied for supporting and helping personnel.​

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Development functions include the enhancement of;

  • Service – high, low, flick (forehand or backhand)

  • Overhead – clear, drop (forehand and backhand where appropriate)

  • Underarm – clear, drive, drop (forehand and backhand where appropriate

  • Other complex back hand and forehand skill sets

  • Net play and smash

  • Where appropriate, complex shot mechanics

  • Development of match and competitive play

  • Competition and play strategies

Development functions include the enhancement of;

  • Communication – understand how and when to communicate with your partner

  • Strategy – game play, winning and losing recovery

  • Strengths and weaknesses – understanding each others strengths and weaknesses

  • Tolerance - managing emotions and tempers

  • Speed - working and moving around your partner

  • Development of match and competitive play
