In the Advanced training, players elevate their technical skills with precision shot-making, advanced footwork patterns, and faster rally execution. Training focuses on strategic play, including tactical variation, pressure management, and adapting to different opponents’ styles.

Athletes work on explosive power, endurance, and recovery to meet the demands of high-intensity matches. Sessions include competitive drills, multi-shuttle training, and match simulations to sharpen decision-making and consistency.
