FACILITIES

1. I have arrived early to the session, where can I wait?
On early arrival, please wait outside the sport shall and the coach will let you in when your session starts.

2. What happens if I miss a session due to inappropriate dress code?
Where dress code has been breached you will not be allowed to continue with the session until the dress code is corrected. No refund will be given in this instance.

3. Are the facilities disable friendly?
All our facilities with disable friendly access will be indicated on the website.

4. Can I wait for my child inside the sports hall?
We do not allow parents or relatives inside the sports hall as this acts a distraction for your child whilst they are learning. Please use the lobby outside the sports hall as a waiting area.

5. Can I take photographs of my child?
To protect the privacy of other the students, we do not allow photography of the students by parents.
