PAYMENT AND BOOKINGS
Booking and making payments for the various types of coaching and lessons
1. Will there be camps sessions during school holidays?
During Easter, Summer and Half term breaks there will be Holiday camps and fun sessions for juniors, details will be available on the website. During the summer holidays, there will be short courses as well.
2. Will there be coaching sessions during school holidays?
Coaching is aligned to the school term. There will be short courses and holiday camps during the holidays of which you will be notified by email.
3. Can I pay in cash for the session?
We do not accept cash payments. All bookings are made online, full payment must be received prior to attendance.
4. When I'm unable to attend my booked session day, can I change to another day?
Our term dates are fixed and not interchangeable. See Item 8 below.
5. Can I pay in installments?
Coaching course fee must be paid in full prior to attending.
6. How do I book a trial lesson?
We do offer a trial lesson. Please contact us on contactus@gala-academy.co.uk
7. What happens if I do not want my child to continue with the course?
Contact us by email within 48 hours of attending your FIRST session. You will be charged pro rota for the first session plus a £5 administration fee, the remaining amount will be refunded.
8. Can I get a refund if my child is unable to attend a session on the day?
Our term dates are fixed and not interchangeable nor are substitute dates available. Teaching is similar to academic learning. We are teaching to a curriculum. If the students misses a session, then they have to catch-up in their own time. No refunds are available for missed sessions.
9. What happens if I cancel a One to One session(s) which has been pre-booked?
The session(s) will be cancelled. We are unable to offer a refund or an alternative date as courts and coach will have been booked in advance.
10. What should I do if my child is unable to attend a session?
If your child is unable to attend a session please inform us by email at contactus@gala-academy.co.uk. See item 8 for further information.
11. How do I book 121 sessions?

12. Can I change date once a course is booked?
Contact us by email as soon as possible to discuss your request.
13. Can I transfer from one session to another?
No. Session dates are fixed and available prior to the booking.
14. Can I get a sibling discount?
There is no sibling discount as court spaces are occupied by each child and the coach has to devote time to each child with equal equity.
