REFUNDS

1. Can I get a refund?
Once a booking has been paid, we are unable to offer a refund. Please select a course ensuring correct age group and times.

2. Can I get a refund for a missed session?
We are unable to offer a refund for missed or unattended sessions as courts and coaches are booked and paid at the beginning of the term.

3. Can I get a refund if my child is unable to attend a session on the day?
We are unable to offer a refund or interchange the dates .

4. What happens if I cancel a One to One session(s) which has been pre-booked?
The session(s) will be cancelled. We are unable to offer a refund or an alternative date as courts and coach will have been booked in advance.
