All students must complete an assessment before joining. This helps us place you in the right group and tailor your training for better results. WHO NEEDS AN ASSESSMENT? New Enrolments – All first-time students. Re-Enrolments – Students returning after a break of 3 months or more. Personalised Coaching – Required for one-to-one, one-to-two, or one-to-four training (unless already enrolled).
