Strength & agility

Racquet sports like badminton, tennis, squash, table tennis etc. are equally demanding like football, rugby, hockey etc. At Gala Academy we recognise this and have developed a program in strength and agility for both young and old students. This is Gala Academy's unique program that is specifically designed for badminton.


Why Special Strength and Agility training (SSAT)?

Badminton is a high speed, high impact sport and the student needs to develop strength and agility focusing on this sport. They have to develop their body to match the physical requirements of the sport without hurting or damaging themselves.


The training focuses on increasing efficiency, muscle strength, agility, locomotion, resistance and recovery.
