WHAT WE TEACH?

Learn to play badminton properly

Badminton

We are NOT a club, nor do we deliver ad hoc coaching, but an Academy which is akin to what teaching would look like in a school and we do that for badminton.

There is a structured curriculum that allows each student to learn from the basics all the way to advanced techniques. We teach, skills, techniques, body movement, safety and at each point tell the students what they are doing and the reasons behind the teaching.

We build confidence, competitiveness, trust, etiquette and capabilities.  These are very hard to teach, but at Gala we show what good looks like. Gala Academy has a philosophy of having a small number of student per tutor and trainer allowing good learning equity for the student.

Yoga for well being

Yoga

Yoga is a practice that offers a multitude of benefits for individuals of all ages, including young children. Integrating yoga into the curriculum for young children can have a profound impact on their overall development and well-being.

In today's world, where stress & anxiety are prevalent even among the youngest members of society, teaching children the tools to manage their emotions and regulate themselves is more important than ever.

Why yoga should be an essential part of every young child's learning experience:

  • Physical Development

  • Emotional Regulation

  • Enhanced Concentration

  • Self-Confidence and Self-Esteem

  • Social Interaction

  • Mind-Body Connection

With yoga we are laying the foundation for a lifetime of health, happiness, and self-discovery.
