Updated: Aug 25

What we want as the outcome?

Create a well-rounded junior badminton athlete ready to progress with a full support system.

This is the third in a series of blogs to building a badminton community. Read Part 1 and Part 2 here.

Junior badminton community

Engagement is crucial in building any community.

For junior players, particularly those coming from schools, hubs, clubs or under the guidance of independent coaches, the value of engagement cannot be understated.

For parents, the engagement will bring together a support system.

For clubs, engagement results in growth & a resilient community where every member has the opportunity to thrive.

Benefits

Gala Academy supports the community with resources and outreach. In our vision, community increases the awareness of the sport. As the word spreads the interest in badminton grows holistically.

The benefits are:

  • Enhanced Learning: Students gain access to more structured and high-quality learning experiences.

  • Increase Demand for Coaching: As interest grows, so does the need for skilled coaches, creating job opportunities and further enriching the community's knowledge base.

  • Zero-Cost Participation for Clubs: Clubs can access foundational and development resource at no cost. Ask us for help.
